Hello, 

 

I was using a one month trial premium membership and I thought I cancled, but I guess I didn't. I was charged for another month and now my bank account is overdrawn. I would like to cancel this month and get reimbursed. I sent a contact form. How long will it take to get anwered and will I be able to get my money back? Thanks!

Should be less than 48 hours 😉 

It is up to the payment team to decide on the refund too 😛

Same thing happened to me. I assure you you cancelled your account. Spotify, after doing research is NOTORIOUS for failing to cancel accounts properly. I was just charged 11/07 for yet another month when I cancelled. I am going to contact my bank tomorrow to make sure this is refunded - I really should have known better.

Hi Tarra1011- As this is a specific payments query it's best to go through our contact form.

 

Also, please note you can always confirm your cancellation via your subscription page. When a subscription is cancelled you will have an end date under your 'Subscription Status.' 

 

If you haven't completed the cancellation it will read 'You have an active Spotify Premium subscription'. 

The same thing is happening to me right now. Now I have a huge overdraft fee and the only way I can get it removed is if Spotify removes the charge. I did the contact form, I just hope they respond soon.

My account says "free spotify" however my daughter have had the aps on her iphone and been charged for three month. She is using using my account so I simply don't understand how this can be happening and I don't know how to stop it - need support!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Since this is a billing query, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to track down any accounts/payments you have using your billing details. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
