So i bought premium, and after that i accidentally clicked disconnect from facebook.
so what happened next was it split my account into two, One spotify and one facebook. Now i can't get them back together.
It gives me error when im trying to connect these two. I already deleted spotify facebook app but it did nothing.
So i was just asking, can i connect them myself somehow or does it have to be done in your end?

Hey Mailman, you should be able to use your username mai1man alongside your Spotify password to get access to your Premium account.
If you log into that account and head into your Preferences, you should now be able to click 'connect to Facebook' near the bottom without any problems.

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account it sounds like you are logging into a duplicate account in the system.

I have tried both sets of advice given: although I have tried all the passwords I have ever had, I cannot log in and the link which is there for forgotten passwords does not work.
I have tried to follow the instructions that you linked me to, but could not succeed, again because I could not log in either with facebook or with mai1man.
I then filled out a contact form and have not recieved a reply.
I also checked to see whether I was being charged on my mum's card and I still am! I haven't been using your service since the beginning of May, and I see that a long time before that I was double charged. I want you to make clear my payment history as your system recognises it. Why can I log into the online spotify with facebook and not the actual service?
I am not very happy spotify, even though I think your service is brilliant and constantly encourage my friends to use it. I am a student and can't afford to pay to not have the service and also be double charged. I hope you will take action to correct this situation fully.

This is genuinely terrible service.
I know you guys are doing your job of admin, you haven't been quick at all - not being able to access my music has been going on for months, but the real problem is the guys in managment who propose forum only contact (which is horrible and not actually very clear) and decided to only allow newer accounts to be made with facebook and not disconnected from it.
I used to really enjoy your service and encourage others to use it, the business moel was a great response to consumers demand for streaming music (almost legitimised torrenting and pirating), but the way spotify has handled it's growth has been bad.
Is Rdio going to eclipse Spotify soon?
I will happily give feedback in a more appropriate context to Spotify in a constructive way- I want to like your company because of it's inital aim. Hire me and I will assist Spotify in becoming the music product/service of the future- you were first in on the streaming business so you should be able to stay on top if you keep up with feedback and keep the vision. I know I know very little, but really- I am unhappy.
