Hi. What does your account page show under Subscription Status?
It says Spotify Free.
I typed in the gift card redeem code and it did not register.
What happens when you try to redeem the cods again?
I threw away the card after I typed in the code.
I was hoping that maybe Spotify would have some record of the code being entered.
I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify will look into this for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
Its also worth trying to log into Spotify with your Facebook details and see if that accounts exists and is on premium, its a common thing we see here on the community!
