Hi!

 

I have a PREMIUM account. Then Spotify wanted me to connect it with facebook, which i didn't want.

Unfortunately i wasn't able to sign in, without doing it, so I connected both.

 

As a consequence I received a new account --> a FREE Account <-- and wasn't able to sign in with my old PREMIUM-account.

 

I sent like five messsages to the costumer service, but didn't receive any helpful advice.

 

Can anyone please help me and tell me what do you. I want to use PREMIUM again.

Could you try using this form and then let us know the case number from the automated reply? (and also reply to it)

Hi I have been billed for premium, but cannot get my account to update. How can I do this? I've restarted the account etc....

Is your account showing as premium on your online overview?

 

If it is showing as premium then you should be good to go! Sometimes a quick log out and back in again is needed. If you are still having issues, try a clean reinstallation of the application. 

 

If your account is still showing as free then you have not logged into the account you have upgraded. Double check your details, its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details. If you can't find your account, don't subscribe again as you might be billed twice, instead get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand.

 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi, 

 

Have reinstalled etc. 

 

I don't understand because, I have a receipt in my email for the 30th of December (so should have premium for January), but when I click the link to my account it says I'm not a premium user? Why could this be?

 

 

Does the receipt have a username in it?
