Problem with changing e-mail

Problem with changing e-mail

My problem is that somhow my email is named .com.com insted of the usual .com

And when i try to change it back it says there is already an account with my email. Could anyone help me figure out how to fix this!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

 

This normally means that you have created a duplicate account somehow, don't worry it should be easily fixed. 

Just drop the customer services team a message using the online contact form and they should be able to assist you with this.
