Wrong Country

I need some help! I have just been abroad for a year, in the US, and have now returned to my home country Norway. My free account was working before I left, and while I was in the US. Now it tells me to change country, and I have tried, but it keeps switching back to USA. I just want my profile not to be offline anymore. What do I do?
