Premium account issues

Hello,

I have spotify premium and at times (like right now) I click a song on my play list and it brings up spotify radio, saying that only premium users can stream on demand. I am not sure why this occasionally happens, but I am paying so it shouldn't happen.

have you tried logging out and then back in?

It is also worth double checking your account is showing as premium on your online overview?

Yes I just logged back out and back in

I was sent an email on how to check my account. I did that and it said I have Spotify Free.. which is not true. I checked back in my email records and had first received this inside of the email when I bought Spotify Premium for the first time:

Items bought:   1 month (Spotify Premium)
Total:          $9.99

Your Spotify Premium service will be automatically renewed
every month until cancelled via your profile page.

It sounds like you might have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account which is why you are able to log into one which is on free not premium.

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original premium account. If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly and they will be able to assist you (since we can't see your account details here on the community).
