Don't want my facebook and spotify accounts linked

How do I do this? I tried to reset my spotify password but it says I need to log in through facebook which I dont want to. Am I not able to have spotify without it accessing facebook?

Upgrading from Free to 30 Day Premium Trial: Reverting to Free afterwards?

Thinking of trying the 30 day Premium Trial but worried that if I decide NOT to proceed after 30 days then I might not be able to revert back to FREE. ie Does it revert to a very basic option or will it give me FREE again? Thanks....Steve

Paid for unlimited, payment took, no upgrade
