How can i stream 5.1 sound via my android phone connected on bluetooth to a cinema system LG LHB 625??

This is, unfortunately, a limitation of the bluetooth protocol. The streaming of audio from your phone is done through the Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP). This profile is limited to 2 channels because of the bandwidth limitation of bluetooth. 

Although it is currently not possible to stream true 5.1 audio via bluetooth, your sound system should automatically extrapolate a stereo signal to all 5 channels for you. Although this won't be in true 5.1, you'll have stereo!
