My First Story - All Lead Tracks

My First Story seems to be missing the album ALL LEAD TRACKS from their library. Is the album region locked?

Unfortunately, Spotify doesn't have the rights to every song and album by every artist and not all artists choose to release all their music on Spotify. This is most likely why this album is missing from their artist page.
