Option to disable lyrics

My Question or Issue

Is there a way to disable lyrics? Even though I have explicit content disabled on my son’s Spotify, it still shows the extremely explicit lyrics even though the song has been edited.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community!

It is currently not possible to disable lyrics in the app, but it seems like the Community folks have already gathered on a similar feature request and have created an Idea about this. 

Make sure you leave a +Vote to support it, so that it would have a better chance of being considered, as Spotify always strive to improve your experience.
