Promotional Song Identify

Hi there, this is a bit of a random question. An ad from an artist (I believe is either irish or scottish), is promoting their latest album. During the ad on of his songs are played, and it is quite catchy, but I was not able to keep track of the song, album or artist.

I am trying to figure out what this song could be, I think his name is john from what I can remember, and I'm sure one of the words in the song is "man". I know this is very vague but if anyone has any idea on this I will be great appreciative.
