My Question or Issue

I'm trying to remove the explcit filter from my son's acount. He is part of our family plan.  On our plan page, it lists each member but doesn't allow me to choose that member to edit the settings.  Please help!

Thanks for the post.

 

First, make sure you're logged in the Manager account of your Premium Family, not your son's account. Then:

  1. Log in to your Premium Family page.
  2. Click on the member you’d like to filter content for.
  3. Switch Remove explicit content off.

If that still doesn't work, please send us a screenshot of how things look on your end.
