Stream Counts & Regions

I live in the US but always listen to Asian music. Will my stream counts be included in the US charts or their local charts such as Top 50 Hong Kong ? If the answer is no, will it help if I change the country of my account to the Artists’ local regions? Thanks.

Yes, your streams are going to count in the U.S regardless of the genre or origins of your music. What Spotify uses is your location info.
