Volume too low

it's way too low relative to other albums/artists/tracks... 

where's the best place to report this kind of thing?

It was possibly caused by low volume setting set in files when they were uploaded to Spotify database.

Hi @austintim,

If you played with the volume on your device and through Spotify's volume bar, this is probably an error on the uploader's end. However, if you think it is not, there is a setting called "normalize volume" which makes all songs the same volume, to save damage to speakers and create a more easy listening experience. If you like, you can turn this feature off and maybe the songs will be louder.
