Songs available on spotify but can't play

I am one of your premium members...There are lots of song in my liked section and other albums i made and they include songs which are available in albums but can't be played... like showing not available.... Why its not available to me to be played ...

How can I reset my personal data?

My kids have been using my Spotify account instead of their own, so now I’m getting suggestions and seeing artists I hate. Can I wipe out the data that generates suggestions and start from scratch without having to create a new account?

I can't select a specific part of a song without spotify moves to the next.

Let's say I want to listen to minute 1:33 of a song. If I click at that moment, spotify moves to the next song.

Why do I receive advertisements when I am a paid account ?

I receive advertisement frequently ( only from aramco ) when I listen to podcast . I am a paid user. This advertisement is not part of the podcast. Can this be stopped ?
