recently played not updated

my recently played are not updating. I tried to reset, log out log in and delete the recently played but I can just see recently played related to 4 days ago. Any advice?

Peter Sarstedt - Don Quixote ... a song that used to be available on Spotify

Is there any way that the song 'Don Quixote' by Peter Sarstedt could be brought back to Spotify? It's been a while since it was made unavailable, but I'd like to have it available as it is a nice addition to golden oldie music playlists.
