Hi, I am having the same issue on the following configuration:
- Mac OS version: 10.8
- Spotify version 0.9.1.53.g876fa9df
- Australia
The app crashes leaving this in the log (while reading playlists, apparently):
13:31:38.279 I [isobmf_parser.cpp:549 ] parsing error: I can't read file of brand 'isom' and compatible brands ['isom' 'avc1']
13:31:39.238 E [ap_handler_impl.cpp:1735 ] ChannelError(1, 1, link-tracks)
Thanks!
Andy.
Edit: it is apparently back to normal, I have almost played 2 songs now and it loaded again all of my playlists.
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
Version: 9.1.53
Country: USA
I figured out that it only crashes when it is connected to an internet connection. When I have it on offline mode there is no issue, but as soon as it connects it immediately crashes. I've tried reinstalling (multiple times), running as administrator, using compatibility mode, and safe mode with networking. I've also checked to make sure all my drivers are up to date (they are). It was working fine last night and suddenly about an hour (or so) ago it started doing this. If you need more info I'll be happy to throw more up.
