Hello,

I am able to make folders and add playlists to them, however, I don't even have the option to rename them.

I did the clean reinstalling but it did not help.

Is it not available in my country or can I fix this issue?

Hey @amelijaagate,

Thank you for keeping in contact.

We've tested this from the desktop app/Web player, and the option to rename the folder is the first one of the drop-down menu displayed when right-clicking the folder as shown below.

If the right-click action is the one that is not working well, we'd recommend checking your mouse settings to see if the action is set on a different button. We'd also recommend cleaning the cache of your device in case it may be affecting the proper behavior of the app and Web Player.

If the issue persists, and if possible, we'd suggest trying it on a different device, such as a friend's or a family member's PC/Mac to see if it makes any difference.

Let us know how it goes. We'll be on the lookout.

Hi there @amelijaagate,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

You should be able to rename a folder by right clicking on its title on the playlist list on the left of the desktop app and clicking on Rename. If the option isn't showing for you, can you send us a screenshot so we can take a better look at what you're seeing on your end? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

Or you can also do this in the web player. Can you give it a try and let us know if it works there?

We'll be on the lookout.

hello, again,

when I right-click it doesn't give me the option to do anything, so there's nothing really to send a picture of, and it doesn't work on the web either 😕 when I make a new folder it doesn't give me that option too what do I do?
