Playing mp4 local files with video

Can I play local mp4 video files as a video rather than playing only the audio?

Right now it's not possible to play video when you upload a local file but we can see how that can be a cool feature.

It's or it's not? If it's possible then why i need to add a new idea just tell me how to play video then.

I'm sorry, my bad - it's not possible to upload videos as local files. 

That's why we recommend creating a new idea to suggest that feature and get others to vote for it.
