I wanted to put the idea out there about being able to change your playlist covers on mobile and webplayer because there is no option to. I looked around and found that apparently, at some point, it was a feature on mobile but I just checked and it doesn't work. I'm putting this out there as someone who can't reinstall the app for my desktop (I still don't understand why it won't download on my laptop as I used to have it but it stopped working).

Can we change our playlist covers on mobile and/or webplayer in the future?

I'm afraid this feature isn't possible at the moment. You’re only able to change your playlist covers on a Spotify desktop application. More information can be found here.
