Problema al reproducir Podcasts

Macbook Pro, Telefono con Sistema operativo Andorid

Tengo problemas al reproducir algunos Podcasts. Al darle play no avanza el timer (incluso en ocasiones avanza el tiempo pero no se reproduce el sonido). Este problema sucede en varios podcasts y tanto en mi Macbook pro como en mi telefono celular con Android. 

En algunas ocasiones la reproducción comenzó pasados muchos minutos luego de darle play.

Tampoco inicia la descarga cuando quiero hacerlo desde la aplicacion del telefono celular.

¿Cuál podrá ser el problema?

In order to find out if it's indeed your phone, can you log in with another account on your phone, such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists? Alternatively, you can create a free account here, just make sure you're logged out of your own account before creating a new one.

Also, if you're a Premium user, let us know if you're able to download those podcasts and play them while being offline.

We'll be on the lookout.

Hola, tengo un problema. No me aparecen los podcast, solo las cuentas musicales de los programas, y tampoco puedo reproducir series como la de Batman desenterrado. Lo de los Podcasts ya es algo común y no me aparece ninguno, ya intenté de todo,  tengo el plan dúo, soy de Venezuela

Me sucedía lo mismo, pero solo con los podcast en formato video, se solucionó al actualizar la aplicación.

Hola, tengo el mismo problema en todos los podcast, pero solo en mi celular moto g50 .

 Pero la música si se reproduce correctamente

Yo tenía un ZTE Blade y ahora he cambiado a un FOCO de Xiamoi y el problema persiste, creo es problema de la aplicación.

Tengo el mismo problema no se reproduce podcast

Este hecho inicio caudno cambie mi celular a Honor x8, utilicé otra cuenta de una amiga en el si se reproduce el podcast.

Thanks for the reply. What is the exact behaviour you see? Does the podcast refuse to play entirely or does it play but without sound? If you get an error message, send us a screenshot of it.
