Radio not loading

Not sure what happened but up until a few days ago my radio area was working fine and now all of a sudden starting a day ago or so I can't load my radio section at all or create new artist radio's.

I'm on a mac and I've tried completely uninstalling Spotify and removing all cache/preference files and still the same after a clean reinstall.

I also have the same problem, but the problem is present only running the installable Linux app on Ubuntu 16.04.  

I verified that I'm able to stream my playlist radio from the web-player.  But, when I tried it immediately after using the Linux app, playlist radio doesn't work.  I attached a screeshot of the error message the Linux app is displaying.  

However, playing a playlist (withouth the playlist radio) using the Linux app works just fine.

I found a work around, quite by accident, just now.  I left the Linux app running on my PC.  I then opened the Spotify app on my Android device (Samsung Galaxy Edge S7), which is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as my Linux PC.  On my Android device, I was able to play the playlist radio, and the Linux app displayed a notice that Spotify was in use on another device.

I then stopped playback on my Android device, and was able to play the playlist radio on the Linux app.  Kind of a weird thing, but it seems to work.  

I'm a software developer myself, so please understand I'm not trying to be overly critical or anything, but it seems like a bug in the Spotify app.

I should also note, my son experienced the exact same issue running the Spotify client on his Android device (also a Samsung Edge S7).  But, the problem was only present on his Android phone when the following two conditions were present:

• he attempted play while connected to our home's Wi-Fi (the same one I'm using)
• and he attempted to play any song that wasn't downloaded to his Android phone.  

When he used the T-Mobile LGE network, from our mobile phone service provider, the Spotify app on his Android phone worked correctly.
