Alexa and Spotify connect issues

Attached is a photo of my spotify connect devices. Is there any reason why they might be unavailable to control?

Edit: I've just switched to a different Spotify account and I just started having these problems now

Thanks for posting here.

It's a good idea to restart your device, log out and log back in again to see if anything changes.

We'd suggest you also try relinking your account to Alexa to see if that makes a difference.

If that doesn't help, it's also worth restarting the router.

I've tried all of these, the only solution I found was to force Alexa to play through another device or ask Alexa to play my liked songs then go onto a different playlist.

Thank you for keeping in touch.

Before continuing, we'd like to double check if you currently have a free subscription. 

If you do, this explains why you can't use Connect with your Alexa, since this is a feature available only for Premium subscriptions. 

In the meantime, you should be able to use voice commands or link via Bluetooth.
