Hissing on SONGS

Why is it suddenly I'm getting a terrible hissing sound on songs!

I.E. - A Horse With No Name - America,   Black Dog - Led Zeppelin 

         Year of The Cat - Al Stewart

This is very annoying since I like to stream music. If this continues I would be forced to cancel my membership. I pay for premium to have a clear sound not HISSING! 

Can you please look into this.

I tried both the Desktop and App versions and there's a problem with both.

I've done reinstalls and it didn't solve the problem.
