Audio not playing

My Question or Issue

 Spotify audio is not playing. I have:

reinstalled Spotify.

made sure it is not the headphones or windows sound.

restarted the computer.

What else can I do?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

Since you mention that you can't hear any sounds from the app, first give a try on the troubleshooting steps on this support site article.

If that doesn't help, it's worth a shot checking to see if there any hardware updates for your device's sound card.
