Audio quality issues when streaming in web player or windows app when opening web pages

My Question or Issue

Streamed audio quality will become distorted/garbled whenever I am opening a new web page in Google Chrome or (blech) Edge.

The issue persists when using the web player vs the windows app.

Issue persists when I used port forwarding to open port 4070 on my home router and restarting the app.

Issue persists when adjusting my audio quality settings from highest to lowest and testing.

I found that the issue was not Spotify, but my CPU was spiking to 100% whenever I was opening web pages.

The high CPU is what was causing my audio quality disturbances.

I am going to redownload mobo, chipset, and audio drivers.

Issue resolved after reinstalling audio drivers.
