Black screen and looping process

Hi, in our corp enviroment we use roaming profiles and since some of the september updates all we get is either a black screen or a 2nd or 3rd spotify process that is looping (crashing, restarting).

OS are Win8, Win8.1, Win10 (1609 and 1703).

Starting with swithes does not help at all, neither running as admin.

The only thing working is reinstall, but its only working for a few days.
