Having the same problem on mobile (Android 14).
Interestingly, if I check the same playlist in the Desktop app, the tracks are there (grayed out because they're local files on another device, but they're listed)--in fact, the tracks will be listed multiple times if multiple attempts were made to add them on mobile.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app will get the tracks to appear for a bit, but they'll disappear again fairly quickly.
[EDIT]
Got some attention on this issue with @SpotifyCares twitter support. If they don't respond here directly, I'll try to remember to report back.
Hey folks,
Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.
@AndrieGo, first up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind checking if you can replicate what @Silvia_Dragoness mentioned on a different device?
@Silvia_Dragoness, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one? If the issue persists, could you send us some screenshots of what you're seeing on your end? We'll take a closer look. You can attach them to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
We'll be on the lookout.
J’ai le même problème les sons de mes fichiers locaux ne veulent pas s’ajouter à une playlist précise, dans les autres oui, j’ai beau refaire une nouvelle playlist a l’identique et ils ne veulent pas s’ajouter
Hey there @Luigii76,
Thanks for posting here in the Community.
We hope you don't mind us moving your post, as it fits better here in this thread. Additionally, we hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.
That being said, we'd suggest you perform a clean reinstall of the app on the affected device. By doing that the app can be up-to-date and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience. Likewise, this process will also force a re-sync of your local files. You can see the steps for a clean reinstall here.
If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd like to gather some additional info. Please send us:

My Question or Issue
I can click on a track in the local files and add it to a playlist but the playlist track number does not change and it isn't added to the playlist. There was a post about this in the past but the same issue is now present. I've tried resetting, clearing cache and reinstalling
I've confirmed this but once a playliat is over a certain number of songs. It just won't appear. Anything around 10 songs and it works. I don't know why this happens
I can confirm this is still a problem with big playlists.
I tried creating a new playlist, added a local file, and then I filled the playlist with many other songs. The local one was still there, but when I tried to play it, it displayed an error, saying Spotify couldn't play that song, and it immediately disappeared from the playlist. I couldn't add it to that playlist again, even after deleting all the other songs.
But then I created another playlist, added the same song to it, played it (it played normally), then I added the other songs, and it worked.
EDIT: I think I found the problem. Local files don't work when Smart Shuffle is enabled. As soon as I disabled that feature, all the local songs showed up.
Thank you so much for this comment. I've been wondering the whole time what it is. Yea, for some reason local files don't show and play if you have smart shuffle on. It's honestly a shame
