Can't turn off Canvas loop

Music stopped playing because Spotify paused loading a music video, what a wonderful addition, and I went to turn the Canvas loop off only to find the option greyed  out. Everything else in the settings was turned off and on again to see if there was a change but I just stayed greyed out. I turned it off on my phone just to see if anything happened, it's still greyed out. I am out of ideas and would like this wonderful feature to turn off sooner rather then later. I linked screenshots and a video of the settings menu but I don't know how much help they will be.(idk what else to show so here's a video)  top halfwhole halfbottom half

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you freely manage all the settings.

Does this only happen on the Windows app? You mentioned restarting your phone, what does it look like there? To cover our bases, try performing a full clean reinstall to fix any damaged cache that might be causing something like this. This should unlock the settings and allow you to disable Canvas if you want to.
