Cannot access Spotify on desktop

My Question or Issue

 I noticed a couple of weeks ago that I couldn't go online in the desktop app. I signed out and tried to log in again, but it timed out.

I then uninstalled spotify and went to the spotify website to re-download, but every time I try to access the Spotify website it times out.

Spotify app works fine on my Android device and I can access the spotify website no problems using Chrome on my phone, on the same WiFi network as my PC.

I've tried:

- Resetting router

- Changing firewall settings

- Clearing cache

- Using another browser

- Using a different WiFi network

spotify.com still times out every time i try to access it on my PC.

Hey @vetpron, help's here. 

It sounds like there might've been something temporary going on. We suggest that you try again, and open the download page in an incognito window.

Does the same thing happen with other pages on Spotify.com? Make sure that you go to the site settings of your browser and allow pop-ups, ads, redirects, and full functionality. 

Also make sure you're not using VPN.

If that doesn't work, get back with a screenshot and we'll have a closer look.
