My Question or Issue
The desktop overlay will not go away even after turning it off. I've had this problem before and it was resolved but has resurfaced again. I'm currently using 1.0.93.244.g1e3a05e7
1.0.94.262.g3d5c231c on both my Win10 Pro PCs and also has started doing this again.
Very, very irritating - please fix it!
google " HideVolumeOSD " and " Volume² "

I'm having the same issue. The desktop overlay is a feature I've never liked to begin with, and now that it isn't going away even when I turn the feature off really irritates me.
I've tried un-installing and re-installing and it didn't fix anything. The last couple of updates haven't done anything either. I'm using Windows 10 Home edition.
