Correct installation folder for Windows Desktop client

Correct installation folder for Windows Desktop client

This is not an 'idea' actually, but I couldn't find any other feedback/ticket/issue reporting feature.

It seems that developers are not quite familiar with Windows platform, as they use user profile 'Roaming' folder (doesn't its name ring a bell?) to install program binaries, instead of default program location (%ProgramFiles(x86)% or %ProgramFiles%).

User's Roaming folder is not the place to store application binaries, it's for application data. If you want to allow restricted users to install and run the application, then you should use Local AppData (LOCALAPPDATA) folder (as VScode does, for example - https://code.visualstudio.com/updates/v1_26#_user-setup-for-windows).
