[Desktop] Cannot open app

I moved Spotify to my HDD to create space. When I tried starting it up, the app wouldn't load. I then uninstalled completely and reinstalled, still not opening. I tried moving the app to C:\Program Files (x86) , still no luck.

Could you provide us with some information about your windows version and Spotify version?
Are you using the Windows store app, or the regular downloadable app?

Windows 10. Was using the most recent. Tried downloading from both store app and regular downloadable app.
