Desktop Windows display options

Windows 10 Desktop:
Is there a way to further change/modify the display options?...view/width/positioning/location/size of each section columns within Spotify? And also select which sections we want to include in the view? It looks like we have very little flexibility/movement. There's not much for customization. Like, I want to be able to individually adjust the column width for title, artist, album, etc. Not just the width of that whole entire column block. And I'd probably disable the view for length of song, for example. Is there already a way to do all this that I'm somehow missing?
