Downloading a playlist does not work

Hey,

I tried downloading my 3 albums with a total of around 300 songs but i can only download the first album that has around 19 songs. when i try to download the other the. the download goes super fast (too fast for a regular download). and then it gets stuck on 'waiting...' i tried-re installing spotify and that did not change anything. I'm on a new laptop and my computer works fine.

edit: I now see that i have the same problem on my computer aswell as on my phone. i think it started when i switched to family premium. and i tried it on a different network aswell and i still had the same problem.
