My Question or Issue

Estava utilizando o aplicativo no meu computador mas não reproduzia as músicas ao acionar o play. Seguindo as instruções da comunidade removi o aplicativo e fiz o download da última versão, mas agora não consigo fazer a instalação pois apresenta o "Erro 17". Utilizo em outro computador com Windows 10 e não tenho problemas. O Spotify precisa resolver estes problemas de uso no Windows 7. Grato.

We're currently aware of an issue causing the behavior you describe. We suggest you go to this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button.
