You can try deleting the playlist through the web client or mobile app.
It seems that Spotify desktop app might be having some issues, so if all else fails, I'd suggest waiting for a few hours and trying again.

I still see the playlist I created in the web client, but I don't see it anymore in the mobile app. Oh well, I use the mobile app more anyways, so at least there's that lol.
