In this case, we'll need more info about your question/inconvenience so we can provide an adequate advise. That being said, would you mind send us a full description of what's happening on your side? Include as many details as possible.

 

On another note, if you're noticing an odd behavior on Spotify, would you mind sending the make/model and OS of the affected device, along with the Spotify version you're running?
