I can't solve "Error code: accesspoint:19"

My Question or Issue

I think my recent change in country settings caused this error. I can't log into my desktop app while I can in my browser and my phone.

 

I have tried reinstalling spotify on desktop, rebooting my computer, copy pasting my email and password but nothing worked.

Please help

This is also happening on Premium, and happens with accounts having location as South Korea.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

Currently the Desktop app is not supported for South Korea.

 

We're always aiming to improve our features so we hope you’ll continue to use the service on the other apps and find it gets better in the future.

 

In the meantime, you can use Spotify on desktop with our Webplayer.

We've been informed that the Desktop application is Live in South Korea!

 

Run a clean reinstall or download the app and check if it's working.
