Importing playlists from Media Player

MY, I repeat, MY NOT- FROM -SPOTIFY playlist on Media Player was imported to Spotify. Now my own music that was on my media player on my laptop is not available to me on my laptop and I can only listen to it if I am online with Spotify. HOW DO I GET MY MUSIC BACK ONTO MY LAPTOP?

Why do you think your music files aren't where  they should be? Did you ttry finding them with file explorer? Spotify doesn't physically do anything to your music files. Did you delete them yourself maybe?
