Local Files Section is not showing up in spotify (ver 1.1.1.348.g9064793a).
I can't add a local file to playlist anymore.

Hello, I just realized it was missing too.
If you look in Settings, this may have been switched off. (It turned off without my intervention so I was confused.)
Just switch "Show Local Files" back on. 😄
