Local Files aren't shown

I'm sorry but i need to post it a third time because nobody either likes to answer or nobody can answer and it seems like spotify is unaware off the problem some people have.

Since 4-5 month now spotify only shows 2 songs in my local files when i have more than 200 songs. Always the same songs 2 remixes like most off the other songs i have downloaded because they aren't on spotify. All those songs have the MP-3 format and those songs even show when i have no source activated. I already reinstalled spotify and tried all the common fixes but nothing helps. All the songs not shown which are in playlists get played but after i reinstalled my app on my mobile (as well as desktop) those songs aren't playable on my mobile. PLS for the love of god help me!!!!
