My Question or Issue

Until last month, I was praticing my japanese using Japanese songs, like SCANDAL - Hon Wo Yomu, etc. And sudently, after the last Update, the app (the one that we download from mycrosoft store) don't show the lyrics buttons anymore. Not only for the Japanese songs, but all english songs as well. I'm sure that I had a Karaoke section with Imagine Dragons only, using this app sooner this year. 
Something happened with this function? Will it comeback?

We'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the app, following this Guide.

Well, I tried the clean remove as you sugested. I Uninstall it, and removed  the folder in AppData. Now, after the restart, I cannot intall it again...

Since you're getting this error on the Microsoft Store, have you tried installing it directly from our website as well? 

If not, please give it a shot and let us know how it goes.
