My Question or Issue

 Is there a way to configure a macro or a hotkey for controlling the volume only on spotify on a logitech g mouse? (g 502)

There is unfortunately no way to do this natively, however you could get a third-party hotkey binder software and set it to run only in the Spotify window. A list of the keyboard shortcuts can be found here: https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/system_settings/keyboard-shortcuts/
