Name the Playlist when creating it not after.

When I want to create a new playlist, the system always automatically creates the that list with the default name of 'New Playlist.' I then have to manually edit it to give it the intended name. I think it would be helpful, similar to when editing a list, to give the user the ability to set their name before the instance of the new list is created.
