I need help with a problem I am having with the Windows Desktop version of Spotify, but I cannot figure out how to post in Ongoing Issues. Am I not allowed to, since I am a "Newbie" in the forums?

You should be able to post in the Ongoing Issues board here, and then click "SUBMIT AN ISSUE".

If that doesn't work, please send screenshots of any error messages being shown. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
