Only Using 50% of Max Volume

For whatever reason, even with enhancements turned on, Spotify is only using 50% of the max volume.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here! 

We suggest you run a clean reinstall since this step can usually solve issues rendering Spotify's sound output to malfunction. You can find the necessary steps here.  
 

Afterwards you should also check your host files for Spotify entries. This page has the instructions how to do this.

The solution is to disable "normalize volume" under the Spotify settings, at least for me.

Why would this have been connected to the host file? They clearly have connectivity, the issue is audio processing. That is a complicated wild goose chase to send them on!
