Playlist randomly sorted itself

Playlist randomly sorted itself

The browser version of the site randomly decided to sort my playlists by "recently added". I can't click on "title" or "artist" or anything to resort the playlist. I tried Chrome, Opera, I tried removing adblock. Nothing. I'm on Windows 10.

Hey @Pendulous,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. Does this happen across all playlists, both ones you created and ones from other people/generated by Spotify? Send us a few screenshots and we'd be happy to take a look.

Keep us posted.

It appears to only be playlists I've created. However, the issue still stands that I can't sort the playlists on a browser

This is how it looks on the browser. You can't highlight the text to sort by the headers.

On the app, you can see the arrow next to artist to indicate it's sorted by the artist name, and in the list you can see them sorted as such. There also doesn't appear to be any options anywhere else to resort the playlist. For the record, I'm using Chrome and Opera, they are both updated.

Hey @Pendulous

Thanks for getting back to us.

Currently, it's not possible to sort and filter playlists in the Web player.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us and will make sure to pass it onto the right team, as we always strive to improve your experience.

You can also have a look in our Idea Exchange to see if someone else has already made a similar suggestion. If there isn't one, you can give these steps a go and submit your idea so that other users can also support it. The higher the number of votes an idea gets, the more likely it is for it to be implemented.

The Idea Exchange is a great way for us to see what our users are interested in and how many people like a certain idea. Check out this Spotify Answer to learn more about it.
