Problem with revinding in My epysodes

Problem with revinding in My epysodes

My Question or Issue

Hello.

I have a following issue. Revinding on My epysodes is slow, than when I revinding epysode played normally in a podcast.

Also, I have made a clear reinstallation of Spotify and issue continues. Please, could You fix It?

Thanks for reaching out on the Community.

We understand that you're experiencing some sort of difference in rewinding speeds for podcasts on your desktop. Could you please provide us with a bit more information, like the version of Spotify you're currently using. Is this happening to specific episodes or it's the same for all and does it happen on other devices as well? If it is happening to particular episodes, then could you also include links to those, so we can take a closer look at them?

To be sure we'll be able to replicate the situation, it's best if you could send us a short video of what happens at your end. You can send a link to it or attach it using the Insert Video option in the post editor.

OK.

I have provided my number of version.

As I have explained previously, It happened only on My computer in
Spotify for Windows. I haven't such problems in web player, Echo dot
version, or mobile app.

Only on computer app I have this problem, that epysodes are played
alphabetically, not chronologically.

Ofcourse, I can sort those epysodes, but It ordered those epysodes only
on the screen, not in playlist.

We've taken a look in the Community and we've found an Ongoing Issue thread here, where this situation with the alphabetical order of episodes is already being reported.  We suggest you to add your vote and valuable feedback info there and also to subscribe for the thread to remain updated for any developments regarding this matter.
